Adult Ballet Fitness Class

A Ballet Fitness Class for all adults will be held in the Village Hall on Friday mornings. starting on 6th June.


It will be a low-impact class using ballet technique to tone and tighten. With it, long, lean, strong muscles are developed and core-stability is improved. No stress is placed on joints and muscles.


No dance experience is necessary and the class is suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.


Ballet fitness follows a six week set programme to help reinforce technique to achieve maximum results.


The classes will be led by a highly-qualified ballet instructor and the cost is £6.00 per class - with the first one half price!
