Booking Instructions Mobile

1. When you click the CONTINUE TO BOOKING button (at bottom of page) you will be taken to the SIMPLY BOOK PAGE.  To get out of this double tap the back button on your phone 

2. From here you can either

   • Download the APP or

   • Tap th X in the top right hand corner to stay with the booking site​

3.  If you chose to download the APP,

   • Open it and search for pattinghamplayingfields (you can save it to favourites)

   • Book the session you want, enter you contact details

   • There is no function to pay for the Court so  

   • you should put the money in an envelope with your name, address and phone number written on, into the Village Hall letterbox. If you do not pay at least one day before your booking it will be cancelled.

4. If you Chose to stay on the website

   1. Choose the Court you want to book.  To get out of this double tap the back button on your phone 

   2. Choose the date  and time you want to book a session for.

   3. Enter your Name, Email Address and Phone Number. Click the Book Now button . To get out of this double tap the back button on your phone.

   4. The Simply Book page has a nasty habit of popping up in this process, if it does at ant time tap the X in the top right hand corner.

   5. On the Payment page you can Pay with a Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal account. You may choose to Pay Later in which case you should put the money in an envelope with your name, address and phone number written on, into the Village Hall letterbox. If you do not pay at least one day before your booking it will be cancelled.

   6. Click CONFIRM BOOKING

   7. Will see a SUCCESSFUL booking message on your phone and will recieve an email confirmation of your booking to the email address you provided. You will also recieve a reminder of your booking one day before.

   8. At this point either exit your browser or double tap the back button on your phone 

   9. Should the booking be cancelled you will be notified by email.
