Adult Ballet Fitness Classes

It will be a low impact class using ballet technique to tone and tighten.No dance experience is necessary and the class is suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
The classes will be led by a highly qualified ballet instructor and costs £6.00 per class - with the first one half price.
